Wheels of Progress - Zero

The last time I heard anything from the ANZ was towards the end of Oct 2011.
The so called customer advocate Rhonda Day, who is more like the devil's advocate spoke directly to Phil Chronican and explained to me that the ANZ had done nothing wrong in my case!

Why is this incompetent female creature called a customer advocate ? More like "Yes Minister" or in this case yes Phil, I know on which side of the fence my bread is buttered!!



She then proceeded to tell me that Mr Ross Ward would contact me the following week, to place the land back on the market...3 months later, I'm still waiting and even though the payments/interest continue to skyrocket over $200,000 ... it shows the bank's greed,negligence and non-empathy towards their customer which will look good in court.

This is the bank that lays off workers will still promoting the Australian Open Tennis and the ferry race on Australia Day!

How ANZ have Screwed A Widow and her 3 daughters

The ANZ in conjunction with Aussie Home Loans have screwed a widow into the ground through fraud, deception and greed on a block of land (1.1 acre) left by her deceased husband.


·     Because she was more than 6 months behind in Aussie Home Loan repayments after her husband’s death, Aussie passed their problem to ANZ and her refinance was based on a part time wage as her hours were always 28hrs per week since Dec 2003, along with her daughter who was 15 at the time and included her family payment which dropped after 1 year from $430 a fortnight to $150 when she turned 16. Never did she said or wrote that she was full time, as they could easily check with her employer  I believe Aussie Home Loan and the ANZ was negligent in relation to her refinance. To include family payment into the refinance calculations especially after payments dropped by $300 a fortnight is irresponsible. To now screw the widow by having the initially valuation in late 2008 dropped by 50% from $270,000 to $140,000 is fraud. The NSW Valuer General certificate of evaluation for 2010 states $350,000. ANZ and Aussie Home Loans deny any responsibility of irresponsible lending as well as incorrect fraudulent evaluation of the land.

if you have had those two valuations why wouldnt you have the paperwork
ready to scan and send to me?

Could you tell the kind security guard who was there on Monday 29th Aug, thanks
very much on helping me up from the ground (I am disabled) as I needed to move off ANZ
premises, even though I was not in anybody's path and it was a quiet protest
with 1 sign. I moved 1 foot away and I was on Martin Place technically run by Sydney City Council,
and thats where I stayed for nearly 3 hrs, even though Im now predisposed to blood clots after my operation.
Funny if I died there protesting from a blood clot! I can see the headlines with Ch 7!! HA HA
